
My name is Joe and I am a Personal Trainer. I consider myself a realist – someone who believes that compassion is key in a working relationship to help achieve a goal. Everyone has a story, and my mission is to listen to all of your stories and help you to build your own path to your own achievements.
I have over 20 years of martial arts experience and over 15 years of teaching experience, so I am no stranger to helping people achieve their goals whilst having tremendous fun in the process. Personal Training

Online Training
Get workouts tailored to your goals and fitness level when you turn to online personal training. Many trainers expand their offerings outside of a studio or gym, allowing you to take their programs wherever you want.

What results could i expect?
A consultation is a calm and relaxing opportunity to sit and chat. This allows time for me to get to know you and discuss your goals and your ambitions. Initial Consultations are about gathering information by asking questions about your exercise history, diet and medical history, then we can work together to create the best path for you.
Consultations are all about you, but they also give you an opportunity to get to know me and will allow me to prove that I can help you, so you can have this consultation on me!

As an avid fan of spreadsheets, algorithms and data collection, I will do all the hard work for you by assessing your goals and calculating all the numbers and timeframes based against your goals. All you have to do is have fun doing the exercise you enjoy.
I also believe that there is room for balance. I am not here to deprive anyone of anything, I want to help you learn the benefits of moderation by planning your workouts, your meals and, yes, your treats!

I always enjoy fitness training with Joe. While he asks a lot, expecting you to keep going, try your hardest, he also adapts exercises to your needs. For example I find it hard to do burpees owing to a back injury, so that exercise is always modified to something I can manage safely. He takes time to focus on stretching and exercising to prevent injury. Joe wants to know what your fitness goals are and helps you to find the right strategy to get you there. He expects you to give 100% and he will give you 110%.

An exercise class without annoying pop music 🤣 Joe knows what he’s doing and helps get the technique right to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout. Classes are different each week which helps keep me motivated and interested, perfect for all levels of fitness and just all round good fun…but does insist on photographing the group after class 🤣

I love this bootcamp. Joe is great at making sure everybody works to their own potential and give lots of options for tailoring your workout to suit your own fitness level. We do something different every week (cardio, hand weights, interval training etc) and the variety is brilliant and stops you getting bored. My fitness levels have improved loads in a couple of months, my endurance is better and I have so much more energy every day. Can’t recommend it enough.
